6.4 Cross reference new / reconditioned / scrap products
This mask field makes it possible
to display the cross reference between new, reconditioned and "scrap"
products.
It is possible to carry out a
search by family or directly by code for each of these three types of
product.

To search for the cross reference of a new product:

In the first line, with the title ""Original
product" select a family or enter the code in the box at the side for the
new part that you want to display the cross reference for.

Optionally, specify other parameters, such as: Brand and
Catalogue. These parameters are used to limit the search
»
Click the "Search"
button to the right of the field. See how to interpret the result of the search
later on.
To search for the cross reference
of a "scrap" product:

In the third line, with the title ""Scrap"
select a family or enter the code in the box at the side for the reconditioned
part that you want to display the cross reference for.
»
Optionally, specify other parameters, such as: Brand and
Catalogue. These parameters are used to limit the search

Click the "Search" button to the right of the
field. See how to interpret the result of the search later on.
Result of
the search
Independently of the type of
selection made, if the outcome of the search is positive, the list of the
product cross references will be shown (or the products belonging to the family
indicated) as well as the details of the price list and applicability
(Catalogues only) of the actual product.

If the list is very long the
first page of the results will be shown.
Click on the special page selectors to access later pages.
By clicking on a product code it
is possible to activate the mask field “Search
by product code” already utilized with the actual
product code.
Note: in the case of a search for a "scrap" cross
reference the price list details refer to the corresponding new product.
