6.1 Search by product code

This mask field makes it possible to obtain all the information available for a product for which you know the order code.

To continue:

» Enter the product code in the first box.

» Optionally, specify other parameters, such as: Brand, Catalogue, group and subgroup. These parameters are used to limit the search on the applicability of the product.

» Click the “Search” button

If the outcome of the search is positive, the system will display the following information for the product:

1) Price list information, including: price, discount code, family, unit of measurement, minimum quantity per pack.

2) Possible information about replacements which involve the product

Applicability of the product: the Catalogues, groups and subgroups i.e. where the product is used.

The information on the product applicability is displayed on 3 levels corresponding to the Catalogue, subgroup and detailed information.

Initially, only the list of the Catalogues where the product is present is shown; to continue:

» Click on the icon at the side of the catalogue to display the subgroups

» Click on the icon at the side of the subgroup to display the line of the table where the product is used

» Click on the product code if you wish to display the complete table or click on the icon to put the product in the basket.
